Our room was nicely decorated. It was clean and quiet. We slept well. If I were to suggest improving the hotel hospitality I would say lobby coffee and water. Also, clean up and keep the breakfast area better stocked.

THE ONLY THING I LIKE IS THE PRICE WAS DECEND FOR LAST MINUTES BOOKING. THE PROPERTY NEEDS A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT. BATHROOM NOT CLEAN, TOILET RUNNING WATER ALL THE TIME. THE LOBBY SMELL LIKE MILDEW AND MARIJUANA. THE AGENT AT LOBBY DIDN'T GREET US OR SMILE. THIS PLACE NEED A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT.

I was traveling with my dog for 3 days last week and it was a nice place for us to stay. Staff was very accommodating, room was updated nice size TV definitely clean enough for me and my little dog. I would stay there again. Was supposed to get a $50 deposit back when I looked they only gave me $20 back so not real sure about that and why, but I thought it was good value it only cost me $30 for her to stay for the trip. Maybe they'll let me know why they only gave me $20 back

$300+ a night and they cut every corner possible! For a party of four, we had to ask for pillows, bath towels, shampoo and conditioner and the real deal breaker was there was no food or COFFEE at their advertised continental breakfast!

I stayed for 3 nights as my son had surgery on his leg and needed help. They upgraded me to a suite at last minute ,that had pull out bed.No additional charge. They came and opened bed and got it ready. Customer service was amazing. The cleanliness of the floors not so great,could have been better. However, beds were clean and no sign of roaches. Fridge clean etc. It did it's job for what I needed.

I didn’t even stay there because I didn’t feel safe. The people who own it refused to refund my money and said I ruined the bed checking for bed bugs. People were grilling out their trucks in the parking lot and everything smelled of smoke. Hotel rooms open out to the street and there was a random shooting there in 2024. Go anywhere else
