Parking garage was a tight fit, and elevator takes awhile but otherwise a great location and walkable area. Room was very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and great pillows. Not many probably appreciated the ice cream wallpaper in the bathroom but I did. Breakfast was not included but the restaurant has a nice variety of foods.

The room was extremely dirty and sticky. There was so much dust as well as no coffee maker. The poor staff was completely beleagured with only about two or three people working. I would not recommend this hotel for a business travelers or anyone who seriously enjoys a clean quiet room.

This is an old run down overpriced hotel. The rooms are dark and dreary. None of the hotel has been updated in the last twenty years. I’ve been to “Graduate” hotels from Hilton and this is by far the worst. Save your money. Go someplace else. Anywhere.
