Asked staff for a ground floor room, NO ROOM AVAILABLE , 1st room, very cold room, heating not working, Toilet was block, lots of different types of bugs all over the windows, change to another room…? 2nd was very large, no bugs but we got a hot tube! Bed was ok, some itching in bed., overall NEVER AGAIN

Upon check in to the room, I was electrocuted when touching an outlet that had a broken prong sticking out of it, thinking it was the light switch (in a darkened room). The key card entry took upwards of 10 times to work and open the door since the kickplate and door plate were loose. Also, my television did not work.. Lastly, the whole place smelled like stale cigarette smoke.

The parking area seems safe enough. I did not see the laundry area. I did not need to use it. The road back to the property is terrible! I would think Holiday Inn and Quality Inn could agree to pay for some of the expense of paving it.

This place is very basic. Needed a place to sleep for a few hours after a late finishing game. The room was “perfumed” as if it was covering something. The room I was given at 2am was ok, but directly over the front desk and the 2 people working were loud, or the walls were then. The curtains would not fully close and the kleig lights of the parking lot created an interrogation effect. I’m resourceful and was able to rig the curtains for my own comfort. The room fridge was gurgling, unplugged it. The bathroom was clean. Not the worst, I’d use again if in the same situation, but in hindsight sleeping in the car at a truckstop for 2 hours may have been sufficient

When we checked into the hotel are room was not cleaned there was drug-fanalia,food and trash left in the room from prior guest. Bed was not made. Bed sheets were wet. I was refunded for the room the following morning when management arrived.
