Welcome to Chadwick Place! Newly renovated and furnished 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo just a short walk to campus. This is an easy, comfortable base for gameday weekends, campus visits and trips to Davis Wade Stadium, Dudy Noble and The Hump.

Wake up, walk to campus and skip the gameday parking scramble. This condo is an easy one-mile walk to the football, baseball and basketball stadiums with nice, wide sidewalks. You can head to kickoff or first pitch on foot and be back in minutes.

Inside, everything is updated and new. The layout is thoughtfully designed for a small crowd with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the twin bathroom offers a bathtub/shower combo. The extra half bath is convenient when everyone is getting ready at the same time.

The living area is furnished for relaxing after the game- comfortable seating, a smart tv, and fast WI-FI. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances to make cooking easy!

This condo works especially well for:

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Beautiful condo recently updated with the most impressive decor. Also very comfortable choices in furnishings. Easy walk to Davis Wade - took about 20 minutes so no need to hassle with game day parking. In fact, just a couple minutes drive to The District and anywhere else you need to go. Some of the complex shows age but it looks like additional buildings are being renovated so will be a nice complex once all are done. Do not hesitate to rent this condo! It is perfect in every way!
