Starigrad Paklenica is described as the place where the mountain meets the sea. The Paklenica National Park is only 900 m away from the house and stretches from the steep, rugged karst cliffs of the Velebit mountain range to the crystal blue waters. As the main town of the area, Starigrad is right on the borderline of this unique landscape. The rocky coast, decorated with romantic coves, turns into a beautiful pebble beach a few meters away. After a few steps, the blue of the sea gives way to green forests and karst gray mountain peaks.

Activities nearby: Boat trips and water sports with sea kayaks, diving, snorkelling, canoe safaris and fishing are offered nearby. Jeep safaris on the traces from Winnetou in the Velebit Mountains to the filming locations are also offered here. The Plitvice Lakes, the cities of Zadar and Nin and the Kornati Island National Park offer even more excursion options.
