Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure you collect all the trash bags including trash left around and trash in the fridge, microwave etc. then throw in the alley garbage please.
Wash all dishes that were used and place them back.
Strip the beds that were used and place sheets in a pile. As well for the used towels place them in a pile in the laundry room. Please turn off all lights.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
