Liked: Location
We had a tent with two queen beds, they were both clean and reasonably comfortable, with a beautiful outdoor areas. We had plenty of space inside for 2 adults and a tween. We had a short walk from the parking area to tent. All of the other tents were in the same general area. We stayed dry inside despite it raining all day everyday we were there. The bathrooms/showers were clean, the hot water worked well. We had a mini fridge and a single serve coffee maker with cups supplied, plenty of power strips for charging devices. The property is 5 stars.Initially we booked a different tent through a different listing 6 months before our stay. One week prior to our arrival the host cancelled our reservation one week before our arrival on a holiday weekend; but only after we reached out for some clarification. We asked if they had a another tent we could stay in and did not receive a response. We called VRBO and complained about the short notice. We were told there was damage from an ice storm and the tent was not able to be repaired, VRBO found a similar accommodation with a "different" host so we booked for 150 more for the same date range. Imagine our surprise when the same host who cancelled sent a new message welcoming us. We were then told there was extra prep for a third person and would need to pay an additional 15 per night once we arrived that was not mentioned anywhere on the listing. I included all 3 people when I booked. Ultimately we had a nice stay once we arrived.
Stayed 2 nights in May 2026
