The grotto got its name back in 1965 from the James Bond movie "Thunder-ball" which was shot here. It is a popular spot for underwater cave for diving and snorkeling. Expect to see exotic marine life, bright coral reefs yellow tail snappers, angelfish and much more!In just 6 feet of water lies the remains of a small plane. Said to be one of the most accessible plane wrecks in the world off the shore of Staniel Cay.
