Great screen porch overlooking water, beach area and beautiful view. Lovely sunsets. Short ride to shopping. Great swimming, boating and fishing. Hiking within a 20 minute ride. Great spot. Need additional sleeping for your group? Bundle with the Restawhile cottage. (see map location below).
Waterfront/Lot Description: Sandy/pebby, child safe frontage. Dock/Suitable for tie-up: Yes, but no overnight tie-up. Mooring: yes, white ball in front of the cottage to the left. 1/2 inch chain, 250 lb mushroom.
