We were checked in to the room and only found out after making our way to the 3rd floor. We then had to go back to the elevator with our luggage and wait in line to get the correct room and then go BACK to the 3rd floor and find our room. The numbering system on this floor.is wack and we had to walk a pretty long way from the elevator to our room

Do not stay here. It is outdated, in disrepair and uncomfortable. The only nice thing about it was Netty at the front desk.

Overall the hotel was decent but if like me you have any sensitivy to the toxic chemicals in perfumes, be warned they use a super strong perfumed air freshener in all rooms and you have no ability to open a window. This gave me a headache from the second I checked in that didn’t go away. The staff was mediocre-to-lazy in terms of service. I found myself a couple occasions (including check in at 6pm) waiting at the front desk with no one there. The person was on their cellphone once with a friend and continued talking loudly to the friend throughout their entire conversation with me. The whole lobby had the air of a large casino or resort lobby that had been partially abandoned. The breakfast buffet was nice. The location was convenient for where I needed to be. They have a gigantic garage but the parking costs money.

I was freezing in the room even when i had it on 78. technician fixed it but still didn't go any higher than 68 max. I told him that hot water isn't working and he told me to leave the hot water on for 6 minutes to get it warmed up. What a waste of water and time to get a warm water. I reserved it for three days but left next day. Don't go there if you don't want to freeze and wait 6 minutes to get warm water.

Checked in, front desk personnel was pleasant.The lobby was beautiful. Went upon to my room on the 5th floor. Room was the furthest point in hotel.I was exhausted and looked forward to sleep. Peeled back the linens to find they were soiled.Stains & body hair on linens. I pulled back bed cover and found bugs! Called the front desk.They offered another room. No Thank you.With more maintenance and updating and responsible staff to properly clean,this hotel could be something special.I will not be returning.

Stayed for 2 nights. Solid hotel. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was standard and good. In and out self park for reasonable fee. Didn't get to use the pool or game room, so can't comment on those. Note that this hotel is a great for religious Jews - kosher restaurant, key locks on the room doors for Shabbat, Shabbat friendly lights in the room, a shul, a mikvah.
