The room was ok it was clean. However we asked for extra washcloths and never received them. There are 2 beds in the room, why would there not be at least 4 sets of towels since the room sleeps 4. I get that there were events happening but we paid for a room as well. Also there was no parking and no help with finding more parking.

Sneaky extra fees that were not disclosed at the time of booking, a meal in the not -at-all busy restaurant that took about 2 hours to get, a 3:15 fire alarm that essentially ruined a night of sleep with no tangible apology (free coffee? A muffin?). The room was clean enough, but this property needs a major update.

The outside looks much nicer than the rooms, they definitely need to upgrade and renovate them, they are very old, the carpet is dirty, there is mold all over the bathroom, no ventilation in the rooms it always feels wet or humid inside even with the AC. Fire always went off at 3am and no staff knew anything about what was going on or what happened the next day. The alarm lasted a while and we were told not to evacuate. I would pick a different hotel if it’s available to you.

It was ok

The location is great, I thought I could have been a cleaner meaning there were things that was not wipe down which looks like they have not wipe down in months. I had to get my room clean & this was after 5:30. I was not given items for coffee. I had to keep asking for more towels/wash cloths for the amount of people within the stay.
