The staff was outstanding and extremely helpful and welcoming. Ashley, the main receptionist, was very helpful in particular with coordinating access with Housekeeping, The room was spotless and had 2 chairs which is important when a couple both need to sit-down frequently. The price was also great and appropriate. Look forward to going back.

I had requested early check in on my request form and I hadn't heard anything back from the hotel.Understanding that they needed to see what was going to be available.But when I walked in the front desk staff member said I was just creating your key. We were 2.5 hours early and she was HAPPY to make it happen. Everything else was perfect.
