It was an overnight stop, wow what a welcoming, friendly place. All the staff were glad to help with a smile. Overall I’d recommend the Bridgehouse to anyone +++.

Hottest day in May on record and the heating was on in my room. After speaking with staff three times and an hour and a half later, I was moved to another room. In spite of the wonderful advert featuring a restaurant I was told no kitchen tonight. Second room was very noisy overlooking the car park which doubles as a camping ground for motor homes, with ten present. No mattress cover and a very dirty mattress. Black mould on the bathroom ceiling which had been painted over but still showed through. Definitely would not recommend this hotel.
