The staff was very friendly. The front desk lady greeted me every morning I got off the elevator as I went for breakfast. the rooms were roomy and very clean. The cleaning staff was very friendly and quick to get us anything we needed. I would certainly stay here again.
Looking off from the Kennedy / Trump Center. It was a 45 minute frive from the hotel but was an easy drive.

I asked for upper floor quiet room because of our long drive. We needed a rest. Instead we got very noisy and cold room on ground floor. We were told it is on second floor, but in reality it was on ground floor in the back of the hotel. Outside right next to our window there were air conditioner and another unit that produced loud noise. It was cold night 32F. Cold air was blowing in our room. We tried to adjust termostat. It was sleepless night. We will never stay in this hotel again.
