The charming Emmi vacation home in Stadtkyll, in the beautiful Eifel region.

Welcome to our chic 120-square-meter vacation home. The house can accommodate 8 people. It has 4 bedrooms; one of them is a walk-through room. We provide a travel crib free of charge.

Bed linens, sheets, and towels are not provided!!
You are welcome to rent these if needed, but a separate fee applies. 15.00 euros per person

On the lower level, there is a beautiful and modern kitchenette equipped with a fridge-freezer combination featuring three freezer compartments. It also includes an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a mixer, a dishwasher, and, of course, many other everyday kitchen essentials.

Our dining room has 8 chairs and a large dining table. A high chair is available here for free use.

In the cozy living room, there’s a sofa corner, TV, radio, wall unit, and books/games...

Through a balcony door, you step into a beautiful, harmonious, historic, somewhat industrial-style sunroom—though it is not heated! However, its cozy atmosphere invites you to linger and enjoy the company of friends.

From there, you can reach the garden via a few steps. Here you’ll find a fenced-in garden with a height of 1.80 m, featuring 2 terraces. The garden shed is stocked with garden chairs, a table, a parasol, and 2 lounge chairs for your stay.

Back in the hallway of the house, you’ll find an open wooden staircase leading to the upper floor.

There are 4 bedrooms here. Two bedrooms each have a king-size bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m. The other two bedrooms each have a bed measuring 1.40 x 2.00 m.

The well-equipped bathroom features a wonderful, modern-style walk-in shower with a rain showerhead and a jet shower. A hair dryer is available for use in the bathroom.

Dogs are welcome by arrangement—not merely tolerated. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

A wallbox can be booked as an additional option; use is available only upon request and is subject to an additional charge.

Thanks to a key safe, contactless check-in is possible.

Stadtkyll charges a tourist tax of 1.50 per person per night. Children up to age 6 are exempt from this tax.

The Model Railroad World in Losheim is about 15 km away, where there’s even more to experience. You can also fill up on gas there at a lower price.
