Accommodating up to 8 people, it offers the ideal setting for family celebrations or time spent with friends. The combination of alpine charm and modern comfort ensures a truly special stay.

Four stylishly furnished bedrooms with double beds, some with their own balcony and views of the Nockberge mountains, offer restful retreats. Three bathrooms – two with showers and one particularly spacious – ensure comfort and privacy. The private sauna and hot tub promise relaxation. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. A toaster, kettle, electric grill, Nespresso machine and washing machine complete the facilities.

On the terrace, balcony furniture and an infrared heater invite you to linger whilst enjoying the mountain views. A free high-voltage charging point (up to 11 kW) is available for electric cars; the charging cable can be collected from reception. A solar panel system supports the use of environmentally friendly energy. A ski boot dryer, dog-friendly facilities and a starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, a sponge, bin bags, cleaning products and a tea towel provide additional comfort. A Butler Card or the Butler Programme offers personalised service.
