Die Wohnung war ansprechend eingerichtet und sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir fanden immer einen Parkplatz auf dem Gelände, obwohl auch Firmenfahrzeuge dort abgestellt wurden. Bei Belegung aller FeWos könnte es jedoch knapp werden. Im Detail haben wir etliche Mängel festgestellt, die in einigen Rezensionen, auch auf anderen Buchungsportalen, genannt wurden, aber nicht behoben worden sind. Es befanden sich keinerlei Informationen hinsichtlich der Nutzung, der Müllentsorgung oder touristischen Möglichkeiten in der Wohnung. Die Küchenzeile bedarf einer gründlichen Reinigung, auch in den Fächern. Das Kühlfach war stark vereist und es fehlte die Ablagefläche über dem Gemüsefach. Geschirr und Besteck waren sehr reduziert vorhanden, so dass die Spülmaschine nicht effektiv beladen werden konnte. Für 1 Woche Aufenthalt hatte man uns nur 1 löchriges Trockentuch zur Verfügung gestellt. Neben 2 Duschtüchern nur 2 Handtücher war auch zu wenig. Das abgenutzte Spülschwämmchen haben wir durch ein neues ersetzt. Im Bad fehlten sämtliche Renigungsmittel für eine Zwischenreinigung. Die Barhocker zeigen sehr deutliche Abnutzungserscheinungen. Das WLAN war instabil, beim Fernseher traten Tonschwankungen auf. Im Wohnzimmer konnte die Deckenlampe nicht betätigt werden. Die Abzugshaube hing schief, die dazu gehörige Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht, da kein Ladekabel vorhanden war. Die Fenster waren sehr schmutzig. Insgesamt entstand der Eindruck, nicht sehr bemüht zu sein, den Gast zufrieden zu stellen.
