Upon arriving the room was not ready, fortunately they comped dinner. I ordered breakfast the next day and the food was horrible. It was not freshly cooked but frozen and reheated. The staff was awesome, unfortunately, the girl who generally took care of us was off and her replacement paid no attention to the room. The internet service was extremely weak to non existent. Other Than that the room was clean but dated. The grounds were immaculate. The scenery was amazing. Pool was cleaned and chlorinated daily. The staff was extremely accommodating except for one the replacement attendant. The front desk manager was overwhelmed. Other than that it was decent. Again the restaurant food was horrible. The hotel was a two star experience, a budget rental.

A welcome rum punch and nice room (#37) with fine outdoor private patio for coffee in the am. A liter of bottled water and coffee/creamer provided. Even brown sugar and other sweeteners! Comfy room, if a little non-descript decor. Multiple seating options at the property. Great value!

Just fine.

The staff are lovely. The guy on reception, (?Sewande?) was brilliant working his tail off with too many rooms not available for check-in because of late checkouts, which was not his fault but frustrating for us arriving to have to wait. Our room, the open areas are spotless. The property however is dated and shows the wear and tear of a number of years. The staff are brilliant. Breakfast was included and good, but was just one plate of cooked food included, but no fruit or pastries etc. Service took a little while. The location of the hotel is fantastic, being directly onto the beach where we could swim late in the evening and early in the morning. This was lovely.

Easy check in and check out process. Room was ready on fime facility is clean with a lovely view of the ocean. Staff was friendly and very accommodated. Room was clean spacious and comfy . I'd definitely recommend and will be back.

Did not like the bed. The mattress were to soft and sunked in. My back ached the whole time.during my stay. Hot water pressur was very low. Cold water most of the time. I address the matter to the staff incharge. M was yold that all of yhe mattresses were the same, and some people like the sofness.
