I’m born and raised on St. Thomas. When I stay at Windward Passage “I am home”. Great location, great staff… The rooms can use a bit more update, but I am sure that is to come…

The Windward is not a 5 star facility but it's clean, and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is safe and has the best and convenient location in downtown Charlotte Amilie overlooking the wharf. Unbeatable for shopping and good food.

During my stay, there was only one person attending to guests for breakfast. She had to seat guests, wait tables, and handle payments. This meant that guests had to wait a long time before receiving any service.
