This condo was equipped for everything wanted. The view from our balcony was unmatched, not to mention the ability to walk down a few stairs and be on the beach. Staff around the resort were very friendly and we enjoyed having restaurant options right on the property.

This property was completely misrepresented. 3 pools were advertised. There was 1 pool located at this property, which was in complete disrepair and closed with police crime tape surrounding. The host and their on-premise contact were unresponsive to requests. We cancelled the reservation, and were denied a refund. Expedia misregistered the reason for cancellation as a Death, and then refused to intervene with Host. The whole experience was a debacle. Skip this hellhole and go to the Ritz-Carleton.

Booked a suite for my honeymoon just to get off an 8hr flight and find someone else in the room who refused to leave. Resort staff stated they didn’t “own” that suite and couldn’t do anything to help us. Expedia didn’t try to fix or help the issue even with paying an extra $600 for trip protection. Had to book a hotel room at a different location on the other side of the island.

Very good location, short drive to red hook, bar, food, and beach right in front of the condos. Watch out for seaweed around this time of the year. All of the seaweed comes from the east which is where this beach is located. Other than the seaweed everything was perfect.

The luxury apartment was nice and had plenty of good amenities. Needs a little updating but overall it was great and would stay there again. The Sapphire Beach complex offers many options from a good coffee shop with light breakfast options (croissants are tasty), to lunch options and an upscale nice restaurant with awesome drinks. The pool is nice but we were on the beach mainly. Seaweed was bad when we were there but they had staff cleaning constantly and it’s just a thing that happens really at any beach depending on timing.
