Host cancelled on us THE DAY WE ARRIVED

Host cancelled on us THE DAY WE ARRIVED with 3 young children. He claimed Vrbo never communicated with him, even though I got multiple emails confirming our stay. We had to scramble to find somewhere safe to stay before dark that evening that we arrived. Made for a very stressful start to our vacation.
