Sweeping views from sunrise to sunset, Sunrise Palms is the perfect getaway to unwind in your own slice of paradise. Enjoy easterly breezes and stunning down island views from your private patio or inside the beautifully decorated family room, while still staying at this centrally located Northside condo.

The living room offers plenty of seating and a full size sleeper sofa for additional guests. Ocean views and a walk out onto the patio, warm and cheery day and night. The kitchen is fully equipped with absolutely everything you need to enjoy all your favorite meals, with a full dining room that seats six guests.

The primary bedroom offers a Queen and a futon, comfortably sleeping four guests. The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The guest bedroom also has a Queen bed and plenty of space for two guests. A second full bathroom is located just outside the guest room and down the hall. Both rooms are connected by a door, giving you the privacy you require while also allowing parents to keep the door cracked to keep an ear on their children.

Not to mention, the tropical outdoor area with plenty of seating will be where you will spend the majority of your time. View the sunrise over Tortola and the setting sun over Jost Van Dyke. Another amazing stay in this house

We stayed in this house for the second year in a row and had another excellent stay. Just like last year, the management company is phenomenal -- perfect communication, easy check in and check out, super welcoming all around. The location is great, within easy driving distance of every part of the island. The set up of the house is perfect for us - we love the adjoining bedrooms (still with 2 full baths) and the kitchen is a must. We prefer to eat breakfast at home and make lunches before spending the day snorkeling and hiking, and even ate most dinners at home after long days at the beach (the management company recommended a grocery store that had everything that we needed and was much more affordable than other stores that we visited). We also want to recognize some of the things for which were grateful but that aren't often the types of things one looks for when considering a rental -- a generator, A/C in the bedrooms, and a whole-home water filter. As for the typical things -- the house is spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen has all cooking utensils and implements that one would need. The bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap. The fridge, washer, and dryer were new. The beds are comfortable. All in all, we loved our first and second stays there and hope to make it a tradition.

Beautiful property, well-stocked, excellent management

My family and I just stayed at this property. The property was exactly as pictured, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. There was ample space for us and our many suitcases. The kitchen was spacious and well-stocked (we cook in a lot). The property manager, Amanda, was incredibly helpful before and incredibly responsive during our stay. We could not have asked for a better stay and would definitely stay here again.

Sunrise Palms

The property was great. All our needs were met and the quality of the kitchen pots, linens and towels was excellent. We also appreciated that there were more than 4 place settings. We are two senior couples who appreciated two full bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. Most of our awake time was spent in the comfortable covered patio or the dining room. The location was within 20” of all eastern locations; I.e. Charlotte Amalie, beaches, Red Hook Ferry to St John. We also spent quite a few hours at our private pool. The people who lived upstairs in this 2 unit property were very welcoming but respected our privacy. We would highly recommend this property.

Location gave great access to all the island. Pool and deck much appreciated. Kitchen and dining allowed for a family Thanksgiving dinner. Highly recommend Sunrise Palms.
