Shipwatch 310 is back on the rental market after extensive renovations to the entire condominium complex. Shipwatch Condos is a gated development right on the beach with a large pool, grill & picnic area, private beach access, and covered parking. This unit is located on the top floor and is right beside the elevator and stairs. For convenience, Unit 310 has a large storage closet located on the ground level. A beach wagon, umbrella, and plenty of chairs are available for your use, but there is still lots of extra room for any of your personal items. The condo also has a fold-away twin size cot perfect for a small child.

The hot water heater was very loud and made a knocking noise intermittently throughout the night. The main bathroom shower was not very clean, the grout was very dirty and there was even a hair on the wall. The breaker tripped and would not reset when nothing was plugged in. Location was great though and the decor was lovely.
