Great place for a couple or small (4max) group of close friends/family, 1bedroom with fold out sofa bed. Great beach view from patio without being beachfront. EASY walk to beach. Kitchen minimally furnished, if you want to cook. BIG PLUS being able to take our dog. You pay deposit for dog but I don’t understand why you don’t get it back as long as there are no issues! I reserved on VRBO but all communication was through “Hodnett Copper”, local management company, so know that you will receive separate charges for VRBO, this was a little confusing. My husband and I have been going to St Simons for many years, this is my new FAVORITE place to stay, we will definitely be back!!!
