Our unit is nestled in the back of the desired OceanWalk complex, a 16 acre, beautifully landscaped community with century old oak trees and a stockedfishing pond. The condo features vinyl planking/tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is equipped with all the standardappliances and fully stocked with everything one may need to prepare meals for the duration of theirstay if they choose. Open floor plan with a dining room off kitchen all overlooking the living room. Comfortable sofa (with queen sleeper), a large 55 HD Smart TV (WI-FI and cable) and wonderful deckwith plenty of light and seating to enjoy reading time or morning coffee. The primary bedroom suiteoffers a king bed with walk-in closet and TV (WI-FI and cable) and bathroom with tiled tub/shower andwasher/dryer combo. Take our 2 bikes for a spin down to the beach or around our beautiful island. Unit comes equipped witheverything the family would need (beach chairs, wagon, pack n play, highchair, toys, cooler and beachtowels). Best of ALL is the great restaurants, pubs, shopping, and the Pier Village within walking distance!

We were able to be quite comfortable at OWT12 for 3 weeks. I really appreciated a well equipped kitchen, cleaning products and the vacuum sweeper, laundry baskets and hangers, hand soap, the washer/dryer for small loads, comfortable bed, and welcoming of our dog. She really liked being able to go out on the deck and watch the squirrels and birds, and of course the beach. Ocean Walk is a great location; this was our 4th year there. Love the workout facility, nice walk to the village and just minutes from the beach. Communication with the manager was great. Important info like wifi password was easy to find/use. Definitely recommend this property.

Location, location, location

My husband and I visited St. Simons Island to attend a wedding and we were so pleased with our luck in finding this condo!The location was ideal for walking places to eat, shop, and to go to the pier/beach. We also borrowed the provided bicycles and rode around as well. The condo was very clean, very comfortable, and I feel the owners appointed it perfectly! Also, we were very happy to see that there had been a washer/dryer combo added!

Perfect Simple Vacation

Vacation rental perfection!! We came in town for a wedding and decided to add an extra day to enjoy SSI. This place had all the essentials (location, convenience, pool, family & dog friendly) PLUS extra things available that we didn’t even know we needed! Perfect for our small family and we will definitely be rebooking in the future!

Great stay

Nicely decorated and clean condo located in a nice dog friendly community. Heated outdoor pool and pickle ball courts. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to the downtown area and the beach. The place included new bikes that we used several times. Will definitely stay there again.

Pleasant stay on St. Simon Island

The inside of condo has had some updates. Kitchen has a good supply of cookware and dishes for simple meals. It was nice to have dishwasher and laundry detergent. Bed was very comfortable, and there was lots of storage in bedroom. Washer/dryer combo is tricky to use, and dryer dries hot, so be careful using it.

Very nice condo

I loved the condo and the property grounds. Having all of the amenities was awesome! The condo was very clean and loved the location. Traveling alone I felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again. The only complaint I would have is, the latch on the dishwasher didn’t work so I wasn’t able to use the dishwasherdish.

Perfect for the two of us!

We came into town for a wedding planning weekend - our daughter is getting married nearby in October. The place was perfect for my husband and I to stay for a couple days; it was well furnished and very clean. We took advantage of the bikes and got to see a lot of the island that way. Thank you for a lovely stay!
