With its expansive and beautifully landscaped courtyard dotted by lagoons you can enjoy a day by the oceanfront heated swimming pool or hot tub, or take a walk up the boardwalk and out onto the sand and water of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a day or evening grilling dinner on one of four gas grills.

The St. Simons Grand offers covered parking and three elevators conveniently located throughout the building.

St. Simons Grand 107 is a tastefully decorated three bedroom, three bath residence. The large and well equipped kitchen opens into the dining and living room area which enjoys a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean.

The large master suite also offers an ocean view and a large private bath with walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub.

Great vacation!

The condo was nicely decorated. Nice comfy beds. I gave a 4 star overall rating because of the following- The shower floor in one of the baths was slimy feeling, not well cleaned. Also on 3 separate occasions we were surprised to find roaches in one of the bedrooms, bath, and kitchen areas. Gross! The check in/out process was very easy & simple. The security guard on duty was super nice. Hodnett Cooper has some beautiful properties for beach vacations!

we love the Grand for location and pool and view. This particular unit needs decor refresh or at least need to remove clutter. Too many decorations/accessories on every surface. Was nearly impossible to find place to set a glass or book or such. Color scheme is very dark for the beach.
