Island Square is conveniently located off Demere Road, just steps from some of the Island's favorite restaurants and shopping destinations. In addition, Island Square is just a 2-mile bike ride or quick drive to the beach.
This particular townhome is nestled in the back of the complex in a quiet setting. No one is above or below you. You can easily access a small grassy area out of the living room and the fireplace is a bonus for winter months! Both bedrooms are upstairs with full baths in addition to a half bath conveniently located on the ground level. The kitchen was completely remodeled in winter of 2023!
Within Island Square, guests may enjoy the community swimming pool and fitness center.

Quiet stay
Our stay was pleasant, peaceful, and quiet. Our only complaints were that the channel selection was bare minimum on the TV and there was no soap to wash our hands with at the bathroom sinks or extra trash bags for the kitchen. This was the least supplied VRBO we have ever stayed in, which was disappointing, however, a quick trip to the nearby grocery fixed the problem.

Very nice
This property was very nice and well manicured. The condo was well stocked and simple yet nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable.
The location was close to shops and restaurant. Very enjoyable for my husband, my dog, and me.
