Your vacation begins the moment you walk into this beautiful home that is spacious and well-appointed to accommodate island living. Enjoy the convenience of East Breach, just a short 700 yard walk until your feet hit one of the nicest beaches on the east coast.
With four spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms and the large open great room, there is ample room for the family/friends get away. There are many dining choices in the area or enjoy that meal at home in the spacious kitchen, well equipped for the occasion.
For some fresh air, relax in your private swimming pool or just enjoy a day in the abundant sunshine on the spacious patio poolside. An afternoon beverage on the screen porch will cap off a wonderful day of Island Life. The oasis of landscaping offers a feeling of elegance and an abundance of privacy. Downstairs you will find the Master Suite which includes the comfort of a king bed and a full en-suite bath including large shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. There is an additional full bath downstairs
which has a large walk-in shower. Laundry facility downstairs make for all conveniences of home.
Upstairs you will find three additional bedrooms and two full baths. One King bed, one Queen bed, and four twin beds. There is a separate media room for the younger to enjoy their private time as well. This room has two fold-out comfortable chairs that convert to twin beds for additional sleeping space.
Throughout the residence you will find multiple Smart TVs (one in each bedroom) and media access.

Overall a wonderful home. Our only complaint was that the internet was very spotty. I’m sure it was out of the owner’s control and more a Comcast issue than the owner…but the reality is that we only had internet for (1.5) of the (3.5) days we were there. All of the TVs were Roku streaming tvs, so without internet, they were useless. Also, we had requested the pool to be heated to 82-83 degrees but when we got there Wednesday night it was set to 95 degrees. It took all the way until Friday to get back to a comfortable and refreshing temp. Not sure where the miscommunication took place but it was hottt at the beginning of our stay. The owner was out of country, but still quite communicative. However, there was only so much that they could do. They did allow us a late checkout on Saturday which definitely made our stay much more relaxing on Friday night. Overall a wonderful place to stay…would most likely stay again. But I’ll have a back up plan for Internet usage.

This property was exceptional. The home was absolutely beautiful and has so much space for our family. The pool and outside area was perfect! There were beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella for our use. The beach was a quick walk and even quicker drive. I loved that the beach wasn’t crowded and the island isn’t commercialized. I just can’t say enough about how wonderful our trip was. Pam was a wonderful host and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. This house truly felt like a home away from home. We are already planning a trip for next year!

Wonderful beach house... Excellent experience and stay!!!

Overall, we had a great experience in this house and with the host. To begin, the house is exceptionally clean. Well appointed and organized across the board. We had 6 adults and three children (7, 5 & 2) in our party. There's plenty of room for all. The living room is well set for relaxing before or after your beach trip! The provided internet is fast and reliable, which is often a significant item today. All furnishings are well selected and of high quality. We do a lot of cooking and found the kitchen utensils and cookware to be fine for our needs. There's a large cooking pot suitable for corn on the cob or a low country boil if desired. Moving out side, the back/pool area is nicely landscaped and the pool was clean and a huge benefit for the kids. Communication with Pam, the owner/host was easy and prompt, although we didn't have any issue, only a couple of questions. Distance to the beach is easily walkable, we walked down to the 11th Street access and used it (we've stayed on 11th before) to access a nice and lightly used section of beach. IMO, a great vacation spot well deserving of five stars and a positive review!

Annual Girlfriends Trip

Highly recommend! We loved staying in this gorgeous home - plenty of room for 9 of us and very convenient to the beach. Beautifully decorated and everything was immaculate! Such a great vacation - will definitely stay here again!

Second visit, won’t be our last

We absolutely love this home and setup. We have stayed in this location for two years. It is perfect for our big, multi-generational family. The “kids room” with four twin beds, a small entertainment room, and separate bathroom is the best setup we’ve enjoyed on SSI. The house is less than two blocks from a beach entrance, with a lovely outdoor shower for when you return and.want to hop in the pool or hang out on the screen porch. Everything is as shown in the pictures and the house is well stocked. This year, we had planned to stay for two weeks, but had to leave early due to Hurricane Debby. Pam was so wonderful and understanding. We are already planning to stay here again next year!

Memorial Day fun!

This property was awesome for 8 girl friends staying together during Memorial Day weekend. Plenty of beds and bathrooms and seating area. Loved the pool to relax. Walking distance to good restaurants and entertainment. Definitely we would go back to this house again.

EXCELLENT PROPERTY!

What a wonderful stay we had! Pam has done a magnificent job decorating the home. It’s is the perfect set up for a larger group(young and old)! During our 4 night stay we cooked many meals. This kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials. Although, the weather was not in our favor we were able to enjoy the heated pool. Looking forward to returning to this East Beach gem!

Almost perfect!!

A lovely property! Beautifully decorated, clean & well equipped!! We did experience some disappointing issues with the upstairs plumbing that limited the use of one of the two upstairs shower facilities & with 8 of our 10 guest sleeping upstairs, it created an unexpected inconvenience that was not resolved during our week long stay. No monetary adjustment was offered! We did enjoy everything else about the property! Proximity to the beach, screened porch & cozy back yard & pool.

Lovely Home

Beautiful home in a great location! Pam was super nice to deal with. Enjoyed the outside porch and pool area immensely! First Street beach access is an easy golf cart ride away. This was our first family trip to St Simons and can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful East Beach Rental

We’ve been renting in East Beach for nearly 20 years, and this was one of our favorite locations. Plenty of room for our multi-generational family vacation. The kitchen was perfect for gathering together and lots of comfy seating in the living room for nightly games. Beds were comfortable. Pool was clean and the screened in porch was a great place to watch the kiddos swim. We are already planning to rent this house again next year.

Family Time

We just loved this home! Gorgeous and clean! Loved the screened in porch with fan and pool! Plenty of seating for all. Great proximity to the beach. Cleaning products were provided which was an added bonus! Beds were a bit firm for someone who prefers a soft mattress. Only downside was that our rear driver side car window was shattered by a neighbor’s landscaper who kicked up a rock. This caused us to lose a day trying to get it fixed. Ended up driving home 9 hours without a window!

Pam is an excellent host, great communication from start to finish. The house is recently built so the finishes throughout are high end and a pleasure. We loved the screened porch and heated pool. The location makes it easy to get around the island, and the beach is close by, and away from the more crowded areas. Looking forward to staying there again.

April Vacation

Very nice house, thoughtfully decorated and furnished. This is a house that needs to be treated as one’s own. Easy walk to the beaches which are great exploring. Our kids preferred swimming in the heated pool. A nice bike ride into town or a quick drive. Host was easy to work with, particularly as we had to rent some gear for young kids. This was our first time on St Simons and we will absolutely return. Fun restaurants, good recreation and friendly people.

Bachelorette Weekend

Family Wedding Weekend at Saint Simons Island
