This cheerful single level home is located just 0.25 miles from tide contingent beach access. This home features a large open kitchen and living/dining area with wood flooring and a fireplace in the living area. The entire house boasts beautiful natural sunlight.

Experience beach breezes while you dine alfresco or enjoy a cup of coffee in the screened back porch area complete with table and chairs.

Small pets are considered for monthly rentals only with a non-refundable pet fee.

It’s hard to enjoy a stay at a property that was cancelled by the manager only a month out

A month, almost to the day, from my stay that was booked since early last summer, the property managers notified me that the booking was cancelled so the owner could have some work done on the property. This was a long planned yearly vacation with booked tickets. I had to fight to get my money refunded for the booking, then they shorted me by about $20. When I asked for the full amount, I got it, eventually. VRBO waited a FULL month to refund the $140 booking fee they charged on the reservation. This is after I spent a total of almost two hours on the phone with them. Beware: The burden is on YOU if the property owner cancels to PROVE that it is their fault and not yours. It will consume hours of your time and is almost not worth it.

Great Place to Stay in a Convenient Location

This little 2 BR cottage was PERFECT for our family. The house was super clean, well equipped and comfortably furnished. The inside of the house looked almost new thanks to recent renovations. There is plenty of parking out front and a neat space out back with a grill and plenty of seating. Restaurants, shops and the beach were just a short walk yet the cottage was on a quiet secluded street. As a bonus, the house is pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog. Highly recommend this place!

Great time

The house was beautifully decorated, we loved that it was new and very clean! The outdoor area was a hit, we spent most of the time on the screened in porch. Great neighborhood to walk around and to restaurants.

Great house, great location

The property is very nice and well appointed. If I could make requests for improvements they would be to finish off the fencing in the back yard. It would have been perfect if we could have let our dog off his leash while sitting the in wonderful back yard! Also, the mattress in the master bed is getting a little old and squeaky. Overall the place is awesome!

Great place to stay on SSI

We had a great stay at this house. The check-in process and communication was fantastic and the house itself was comfortable and very recently remodeled. It's very spacious for two bedrooms and had everything we needed. It's in a quiet location that is still convenient to the beach and the village. Would stay there again anytime.
