Great place , 3 minutes from beach

Property for clean, had plenty of towels, way more than we needed. 2 AC units were working good. Property could use some maintenance here and there but overall, everything was in good working condition. The thing that we didn’t like : bathrooms had no locks and so are the bedrooms, and no keyless entry! We had to make sure to get the key from the office and return it there as well , not to mention trying to lose it on the beach. Other than that , great property , would definitely book again !

Location

This our our third year staying in this condo for Labor Day weekend, and we will continue to come back. This condo is a short walk to the beach and close to the village area as well. We rent a golf cart while we are there and love that we don’t have to drive our car the whole weekend. The condo is clean and the check in and check out process is simple. We had no issues when staying in this condo.

Location

This is our second year staying at this site. We love the location to the beach (walk across Beachview Drive). The condo is older but very clean. We had a great weekend and will be back next year.

Lovely place, snug but very functional.

Great short walk to the ocean. Very convenient to stores and restaurants. It has everything you need. The furniture is a little worn and should be replaced at some point. I have back trouble and there wasn't a comfortable firm seat. All in all it was a great little spot !!

The condo was beautiful location was amazing we walked across the street to the Beach the place was clean the only thing is that the floors were a bit thin the downstairs neighbor could hear us walking around other than that it was excellent

St. Simons condo

We have stayed in St. Simons every summer for over 20 years. This condo was the best place we have ever had with its proximity to everything, as well as the comfort of the beds. It was perfect in every way for our family. The three teen girls loved their privacy. I will most definitely book this one again and again. Thank you for providing the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful week.

It’s hot at the beach!

The condo was pretty clean, except for the coverlets. The pillows were flat and sheets had holes near the feet. We lost air conditioning on the second day. The managing company did fix it that same evening. They were responsive.

Great place close to the beach!

We have stayed at this property twice and had great experiences. The upstairs room is great if you have kids (two twin beds, a couch, tv, and table with chairs)! It's a 2-minute walk to the beach!

Great location for family vacay!

All in all, we had a wonderful stay. Great location, lots of space for 3 adults and 2 kids, both toddlers. Wonderful area. Everything was very clean. Overall I’d give it an almost 5 stars. My only few nits were that the pillows were very, very old and stained under the pillow cases, there was only one simple lock on the door (was hoping for bolt locks) and there seemed to be a bit of a mosquito problem inside the house. All incredibly easy fixes. The rental company was super helpful and easily accessible and we truly enjoyed our stay!
