On arrival we were told the pool wasn’t open yet, which was a shame. Check in was good and quick. On entering our room it looked amazing very spacious & bathroom was large and looked amazing. Bed was comfortable and had a good nights sleep. Staff were attentive. On using the shower the following morning it looked amazing but the rain shower part of it didn’t work which only left a pull out shower which wasn’t very tall and not a lot of pressure. Also the bathroom had a lot of lights but only one switch so when it was on it was very bright.

Lovely area close to the airport & bus right by the gate to St Peter Port. If you want to explore the island a car is essential - can be a bit hair raising going along the narrow lanes & getting used to the lower speed limit.

Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff. Food was amazing. The little extra added touches made this very special like a decanter of port, the homemade shortbread butterfly biscuits in a cookie jar in our room and the chocolate butterflies on our pillows at night My only gripe would be the poor WiFi Overall a really great break and I’d highly recommend this hotel

The Hotel was simply amazing. This is a very genuine review. My friend and I stepped into the hotel and realised how lucky we were to find this place. Staff simply so helpful also the maintenance men who helped me when i needed help. Our room was so large and so well decorated. bathroom was also so big with a really nice big bath, with a really nice shower. Every where was so clean. Food was very good. the pool is heated and a nice size. i will give this hotel 100% for everything. Oh, also, so quiet at night and it was so easy to get sleep.
