A master bedroom on the ground floor with a 160 cm bed and storage space. Bathroom with walk-in shower and stone basin. The second bedroom is upstairs with 2 x 90 beds with playroom area. A laundry room with washing machine, sink and wine cellar.
Outside a driftwood pergola which shelters a living room in resin giving on the swimming pool / jaccuzi of 5x2 and 1m50 of depth with shower outside without opposite. Sunbathing in resin for the nap ...
