Le séjour dans cet hôtel a viré au cauchemar. Seul point positif : l'accueil agréable à l'arrivée et 20 min de piscine. ​La première nuit a été horrible. Le bar/boîte d'à côté nous a empêchés de dormir jusqu'à très tard (musique à fond, défilé de voitures et motos), et ce malgré nos boules Quies. Le lendemain, la réception nous soutient qu'aucun client ne se plaint du bruit... C'est un déni total face aux nombreux avis en ligne qui dénoncent ce manque d’insonorisation. De plus, la clim n'était pas réglable et impossible à éteindre : nous avions trop froid. ​Le lendemain vers 21h, un orage a coupé l'électricité dans la ville. À notre retour, l'hôtel n'avait plus de courant, plus de clim, ni d'eau (idéal après une journée de canicule...). On nous annonce un retour à la normale à 22h. Nous sommes partis à 9h le lendemain : toujours rien. Pas de douche, pas de toilettes, pas de clim. Une seconde nuit atroce. ​Pour couronner le tout, au moment de rendre les clés, les 3 femmes à la réception n'ont même pas daigné interrompre leur conversation. Pas un mot d'excuse ni de compassion pour cette situation, même indépendante de leur volonté. Un simple "désolée, j'espère que cela n'a pas trop gâché votre voyage" aurait pourtant adouci l'expérience. ​Bref, nous avons voulu économiser au détriment de notre confort. C’était notre second et dernier séjour dans un Brit Hotel. Si vous êtes sensibles au bruit ou à la température, fuyez et payez quelques euros de plus ailleurs.

Acceuil très sympathique et serviable : l'importance accordée aux personnalités se ressent dans les échanges :) Repas sympa, petit-déj très quali et complet, particulièrement pour le prix Seul bémol : hôtel bruyant qui "baisse" l'appréciation mais ce n'est pas à imputer aux gérants : pensez aux casques anti-bruits pour bien dormir :)

Déçu, il y a apparemment un problème avec l'arrivée d'eau ,du coup l'eau est impossible a regler! De l'eau froide jaillie a tout moment. L'odeur du linge est désagréable, comme une odeur de linge pas frais,rangé dans un placard non aéré! On paye 10 euros pour notre animal, je trouve ça cher
