This space, fully furnished, has a comfortable bedroom with a 160cm bed and a double closet (with safe available) and a modern bathroom with a large Italian shower (separate toilet). The living room, open to a fully equipped American kitchen, has a convertible sofa bed. Through a large bay window, you will enjoy a large sheltered balcony where life is good all year round!

The kitchen area hides a fridge and dishwasher for your comfort, and the bar hides all the necessary equipment to share meals for up to 6.
