As you arrive at this beautifully renovated coastal home, you are just steps from the shoreline. Guests can park conveniently in the private driveway, with space for 3 vehicles. From there, make your way to the front door—your keyless entry makes check-in seamless and stress-free. The third bedroom is located at the front of the home and features a comfortable twin trundle bed — ideal for kids or extra guests. While this space doesn’t have a door, it offers a privacy curtain and transitions naturally into the living room, making it a versatile sleeping area or cozy reading nook.

The shared bathroom is bright and modern, offering a tub/shower combination, stylish fixtures, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

When it’s time to dine al fresco, fire up the BBQ grill and gather around the outdoor seating areas — there’s plenty of room for everyone to enjoy meals and conversation together. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then relax by the firepit with your favorite drink as the evening breeze rolls in.

Guest access
Guests will enter the property through the front door, which features a keypad entry system for easy self check-in. A unique code will be provided before your arrival — no need to worry about keys or meeting anyone in person. Simply enter your code, step inside, and start enjoying your beach getaway!

Other things to note

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:
Early check-in (if approved) - $50/hour
Late check-out (if approved) - $50/hour
Pool heating can be added on for $40 a day.
