We love the Sunrise Resort. We’ve stayed in many of the units over the last 21 years. It’s in walking distance to many restaurants and night life. The pool area and common areas are always clean.

Perfect beach getaway

We had a wonderful time for our Mom and Daughters trip. Condo was super clean, beds were very comfortable, location was perfect. We really appreciated all the beach gear (towels, cart, cooler, umbrella, chairs, etc) Highly recommend!

Awesome place!

We loved our stay at this property! It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed! They had games for us and the kids and an awesome cart to take to/from the beach. Great apps on the TV for us to watch kids shows and movies for adults. We would love to stay here again.

I was very impressed with the daily cleaning of the pool and upkeep of the property as a whole. Great location, you get the best of both worlds, sunrises in the morning and sunsets in the evening. Saw dolphins on the bay side and plenty of other wildlife. Short walk to the beach and the plaza next door has a beach store, cafe, restaurant/bar and comedy club. Room was as advertised and very clean. Only con was the bathtub in the master bathroom did not drain. Took a couple days to get fixed but chalking that up to the holiday weekend. Staff was actually very accommodating. Plan to stay again.

We couldn't stay in the room because mold allergies were triggered as soon as we entered. Place was not cleaned properly. There was no help or support or anyone to move us to a different room. Reviewer Comments: Once again we had an excellent vacation at the the Sunrise resortUnfortunately on arrival after a long flight, we found that the closets in both bedrooms were full, of either beach items( surfboard beach chairs trolley etc) or a unit full of games toys cleaner fan and other bits and pieces.Only after cleaning the closet were we able to make space to hang our clothes up, as we’re staying for 20 nightsThe property was clean and well decorated and more up to date than the photos of the apartment The location is excellent being so close to the beach shops and restaurants We have stayed many times in different condos in the resort and are booked in the Sunrise resort again next year but on a higher floorThe on-site staff were very helpful and the gardens are well maintained We managed to move some of the cleaning equipment into the cupboard in the kitchen, which was already pretty full, and the beach equipment onto the balcony.We informed the office of this and they were ok with that.

It was clean and beautifully decorated. We had a pool and the beach was a block away. The sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking. We had a fantastic time and are planning to go back next year.
