The `Sol Jive Beach Hive` studio is full of funky colors and coastal, energetic vibes! It sits less than a block from both the beach AND the famous Gulf Boulevard. You could fill an entire trip with walks to local shops, bars, restaurants, beaches, and water activities!



The space is laid out efficiently to help you feel comfortable during your stay and most certainly will continue to remind you that you are on vacation :)



You can enjoy the beautiful landscaping in a fully fenced in yard and wind down at any given time in your day!



This is your vacation, and we trust that you will respect the house rules as well as the other guests and shared spaces. We will check in with you before and during your stay as well as be available to answer any questions you may have for us via Airbnb messages or text.



This is such a gem of a spot. It is right in the middle of the beach scene, but is on a quiet street with a homey feel! Located less then 400 feet from Upham Beach which is rate Florida`s nicest beach!





Whether you want to walk along the beach, take advantage of the water rentals/activities nearby, check out the bars and restaurants, or shop til you drop, we are in the heart of it all!

Everything is a short walk away or a very cheap Lyft or Uber drive. We are about 20 minutes away from downtown St Petes. There are bike, scooter and other mobility rentals just up the street.



We have a brand new NINJA Air Fryer oven as well as a hot plate, convection microwave, tea kettle, coffee maker with a reusable filter, and all of your basic kitchenwares!



There is a required monthly cleaning that costs $160 per visit. If you would like additional cleaning services from our team, we can either arrange that for you or you can contact them directly.



The condo has 1 queen bed in the unit. The unit is set up to fit another single bed. But we only have the single bed in place and prepared for our guest that request it. So if you are staying with 2 people and do not want to sleep in the same bed please let us know at the time of your booking and we will have the single bed set up for you. It is a comfortable foldable bed so it can easily be folded up after each night for more space in the unit.
