This is the beachy, easy, fun side of Indian Rocks Beach—where your toes hit the Gulf before your coffee cools and the whole crew can pile in the cart for tacos, sunsets, and zero stress. Dolphin Dreamer is next door of this duplex -rent one side or open both for up to 16. Big beds, fresh beach-house vibes, and turtle art everywhere. Let’s go.



The Space:

We designed this place for people who came to actually be at the beach.

Each side of the duplex is bright, clean, and full of that fresh salt-air feel—complete with custom turtle family artwork that makes every corner smile. Large beds only (because nobody should be squeezed on vacation): two kings plus an oversized queen-over-queen bunk with phone charging on the top bunk. A massive 75" TV for movie nights after long beach days.

The kitchen is loaded with the big pots and pans you need when the whole crew gets hungry. The garage fits a full-size SUV (plus two more cars in the driveway) and still has room for the beach cart, chairs, cooler, and an extra beach towels to save packing room!

EV charger is included—bring the Tesla if you want.

The Neighborhood:

Indian Rocks Beach is the one that stuck after years of trying every other beach. Soft sand, warm calm water, and a real neighborhood you can walk. Restaurants, the intercoastal, and ice for the cooler are all a two-minute stroll. Everything else is a short (and fun) golf-cart ride away.



Getting Around:

Feet first. Beach, intercoastal, and dinner are all under two minutes on foot. Then hop in the 6-seater Lithium golf cart (small daily fee) and make the whole island yours—music on, lights glowing, Captain Butterscotch runs at Kooky Coconut included in the memory-making.



Other Things to Note:

8 beach towels, beach cart, 4 chairs, and cooler ready to go (please rinse the cooler and keep the fish out of it)

6-seat Lithium golf cart available for a small daily fee (street-legal, lights, tunes). Drivers must be 21+, show a valid license, and sign the quick waiver before arrival. Bring it back in the same (or better) condition.

No smoking or vaping of any kind

No pets



This is our family’s happy place. We stay here several weeks a year—treat it like the fun beach house it is and we’ll all have a great time.

Amazing Stay!!!

Beautiful home with great location

The house is beautifully decorated. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. It has plenty of space for everyone. Having the 6 person golf cart was a nice bonus.

Great stay steps from the beach!

This might have been the cleanest vrbo we have ever had. The beds were comfortable, rooms were able to be dark, laundry room was great. I’m picky when it comes to staying places and this place was above my expectations.

Winter getaway

Real nice spacious and clean home with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Heated pool and a block from the beach is a plus. Neighborhood is quiet. Good restaurants close by. Golf cart was fun to drive around. Owner very nice to work with. We all had a great time and would definitely recommend the Turtle Nest. Would go back again.

Absolutely perfect location

Everything about our trip was perfect for our family. The house was beautiful and clean and roomy. The location was just what we were looking for. Couple minute walk and you're on the beach. Our kids loved going back and forth between the beach and the pool, we loved this flexibility! Nice short Lyft drive to Clearwater beach. Took owners suggestion on kooky coconut and for sure a must when visiting!

Great location!

The owner Caleb communicated perfectly regarding easy on site electronic check in. Unit was ready early. Everything was super clean and inviting! We all agreed was bigger than expected and comfortable for all of us. Location was perfect. Short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and more. Golf cart was definitely an added bonus. We will most definitely be coming back.

We had a great trip to the Turtle’s Nest! Large rooms and plenty of space for our family of 5. It was so nice to wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee on the covered porch while the family slept in. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Having the golf cart was a huge hit for the kids and lots of fun for us all! Perfect location being so close to the beach. Turtles Nest has all the amenities one would need, and made for an excellent, family vaca!! :)

Slice of Gulf Heaven

From the first inquiry with Caleb from the check in to check out details, all was prompt and accurate. Accommodations were wonderful, allowing my family of five to have a memorable vacation. Lots of great restaurants, our fav being Beach Wave and Guppy’s. Location was perfect!!! You could actually see the Gulf from the deck/patio. Pool was beautiful and a big bonus!!! And don’t forget the gulf cart…so much fun to troll around the area! Don’t hesitate to rent this slice of Gulf Heaven!!!

June 22-29th

Pool is shared with 4 other condos and from the picture we thought it was only a duplex so it can get over crowded. Place is beautiful and perfectly stocked with lots of pool and beach extras. Golf cart is the best feature especially with kiddos for something added extra to do! Location is also a plus it’s within walking distance to several great restaurants, a convenience store and a hop skip and jump from sand!

Memorial Day Getaway

This property was exactly as advertised. Spotless clean, Close to everything. This property had everything we needed to have a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend at the beach. I had an issue with the booking process and the owner got in touch immediately to straighten things out. Very friendly and helpful. We ended up chatting a bit and after hanging up I knew we were going to have a blast. My two kids are already asking if we can go back in October. The answer is YES. Book this house you will LOVE it.

We had a fantastic stay at Turtle’s Nest in Indian Rocks Beach. The house was extremely clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of space for our group of seven, and the layout made it easy for everyone to relax without feeling crowded.The beds were very comfortable, which made a big difference after long beach days, and the overall cleanliness of the home really stood out. It truly felt welcoming and ready for guests.The location is excellent—close to the beach, with lots of great shops and restaurants within walking distance. The area itself is beautiful and fun to explore. The golf cart was a blast and added a lot of convenience. It did stall once when the battery showed 89%, but after plugging it in, it worked perfectly and we had no further issues.There was also lots of beach gear available, which made everything easy and stress-free. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend Turtle’s Nest for a relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation!

Absolutely perfect!

I rented Turtle's Nest for 13 nights and could easily have stayed for 13 more!! I started off the week with 3 of my childhood friends who stayed for 7 nights and then my son and 2 granddaughters came for the last 6. One of my friends commented that it had just the right amount of everything and that is a perfect description!! The house is lovely and so clean! It isn't cluttered, but has the things that you need right at hand. It is a VERY easy walk to the beach as well as several really cute places to eat. The pool was such a nice addition. However, I think that my friends and definitely my family agree that the golf cart is the icing on the cake!!! My girls were so sad to leave "Bowser" behind when we headed home. It makes getting around so easy and fun. It is worth a lot to have that convenience available. Caleb was a pleasure to work with and was quick to respond to any questions. We have all decided that this is our new place and we will definitely be back!
