Breakfast was limited. Not enough coffee was made for the amt of ppl waiting. Staff were very friendly. The condition of the Inn is passable. The bed was very hard and blanket was thin. I was there an it became cold. There was not heating available for the room. The paint in my room and the bathroom especially was peeling. The water pressure was very poor. I understand it is an old structure, but I stay in older Inns etc almost as a rule. Others are in better condition and don't have peeling paint. Travelers need creature comfort and that can be done without luxury. Luxury was not expected. It could be a great spot with a little update.

This is a wonderful little place. The hosts are amazing, friendly and service is top notch! Jim at front desk is funny and knows the area well if you need suggestions. Centrally located we walked to everything. Its literally down road from pier and lots of restaurants. Room very clean, daily linen/towel change upon request (just leave the sign on door handle). This is an older establishment with history but is beautifully maintained and loved. Definitely would stay again.

We had a great stay, the Innkeeper Brian was awesome. The hotel is very clean and has nice little touches like a freshly prepared continental breakfast, good coffee, and for those who need it a nice little smoking area set up outside. The hotel is walking distance from busy Central Ave where we walked each night to have dinner. I would say this hotel has immense value if that’s the type of hotel you’re looking for. Oh and the bed was very comfortable along with the nice cool AC, I slept like a baby as the hotel was full but still had a nice quiet presence. We will be back as we’re looking for a new home in the area :)

The customer representatives were friendly and helpful. However, this place needs a lot of updates. The lobby rug looks dirty and smell. The wall around toilet holder was broken. The walls on the room needed a good cleaning. The bathroom also had a bad odor. The food was not that great. In fact, we rather cancelled our last night stay; which meant loosing money. We don’t understand why this place was rated 9.6. With all respect, it should be rated only 6.0 or even less than that. We’re very disappointed with this reservation. Sincerely David and Genevieve
