Designed for both short and extended stays, this comfortable home features a queen-size beds for each of the two bedrooms plus a futon for additional sleep space along with a well-appointed full bathroom with shower, and a plenty of work area—for those looking to balance work and leisure during their visit to Clearwater and its beautiful beaches

This charming 1423 square foot home is perfectly situated in the heart of the Clearwater/St. Pete area, offering a central location for your stay. Enjoy the convenience of being just 5 minutes away from the stunning Clearwater Beach and a quick 20-minute drive to the vibrant bars and museums of downtown St. Petersburg. Additionally, you're only a short 20-minute drive from the pristine beaches in 'The Burg.' The property provides easy access to 275 North, making it convenient for trips to Tampa International Airport or the Clearwater Airport. Explore nearby shopping centers and local shops within minutes. Nestled in the peaceful East Gateway District neighborhood, this home is just a few blocks off Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard, the main route into Downtown Clearwater, ensuring a tranquil stay with convenient access to the area's attractions.

Conveniently park in the dedicated space at the front and enter the home up the steps to the front door. Upon entering, you'll find a cozy living, dining and kitchen area, with the bedrooms to the right, kitchen straight ahead, and the bathroom to the right. Step outside to discover a charming outdoor seating area—a perfect spot for enjoying an evening glass of wine or the warmth of the early morning sun with a cup of coffee in hand. For guests arriving, additional parking is available on the street. The unit is equipped with a keyless entry system, and the access code will be provided on the day of rental.

Nestled just east of Downtown St. Clearwater, our home offers a serene retreat close to Clearwater Beach and the Marina. Accessible from the back of our charming duplex property, both units are thoughtfully designed for short-term and mid-term rentals.
