Enjoy sunsets and comfort in Royal Dream, a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the top floor of a 3-story walk-up building in The Avalon. Perfect for up to 6 guests.
The master bedroom has a king bed and TV; the second bedroom has two double beds. Living room features two sofas (one queen sleeper), dining table, and TV. Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils.

This is an amazing property to stay at while visiting in Clearwater. It was clean and ready when promised. The decor is so fun and beachy which made us feel like we were on vacation every morning when we woke up. The owners were amazing to work with and the communication was on point every time. Great owners and great location! So helpful with recommendations and responsive to all questions. We truly enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. The grounds and pool were well kept and quiet. The owners supplied everything you need for cooking meals and even a trip to the beach (chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and small cooler). The condo itself was super clean. All of us had our own space and the balcony was shaded and relaxing. Highly recommend staying at the Royal Dream!

Place was well-suited for our family of four. Very nicely decorated-had a cozy feel to it and well stocked, with comfortable beds and furniture. Grounds were beautiful and we made good use of the pool and workout room. Owners were great to work with, very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay there again if we are in the area!
