You will likely see some debris, and you can expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays. This is expected to continue until end of the year 2025. Pinellas County is undertaking a 2025 beach nourishment project, which includes sand placement in Clearwater Beach



• Scheduled timeline for Clearwater Beach: October – November 2025

• During this period, there may be temporary beach access closures, construction activity, and associated noise.

• Property easements are still being accepted for certain areas.

• For real-time updates, guests can text PCBEACHES to 888-777 to receive notifications about closures and construction.

Guests have access to the entire resort and its amenities.



LAUNDRY FACILITY: Guest laundry is available on site. Machines accept credit cards only. Regular machines are $2.50 per wash and $2.50 per dry. Larger machines are $3.00 per wash and $3.00 per dry.

Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of.
