This home is equipped with outdoor security cameras as well as noise-detection hardware (which does not record audio) that monitors high noise levels.

Breaking any of the house rules—such as having unregistered guests, hosting parties, allowing unregistered pets, engaging in illegal activity, smoking indoors, or violating quiet hours —can and will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

Neighbors are diligent in reporting any violations, so please be respectful of the property, the furnishings, quiet hours, and the neighbors to ensure a positive stay!

Please Note – House Rules
Respecting the space ensures a smooth and enjoyable stay. Violation of these rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund:

• No parties or events
• Quiet hours are from 10 pm-8 am
• No unregistered guests
• No smoking
• No open flames, candles, or matches
• No shoes inside the house – cleaning/replacement fees apply for stains
• Thermostat must be set between 69°F and 78°F
• Keep doors/windows closed to avoid pest entry (Florida is a tropical climate)

The check-in instructions will be sent to you a day before your arrival, so you'll have a clear guide to help with your check-in process. Similarly, the check-out instructions will be sent a day before your departure to ensure a smooth check-out.

If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please inform us ahead of time so we can check availability. Please note, this request is not guaranteed and depends on availability.

• No Smoking anywhere on the property – $350/day fee if violated
• No Undisclosed Guests or Animals – $100/day fee; additional cleaning fees may apply
• No Mailing Packages to the property without written approval

Check-Out Policy:
• Check-out is by 10:00 AM
• $25 fee for every 30 minutes past check-out time

Use of the pool is at your own risk. All posted on-site pool rules must be followed. The host, owner, and co-host assume no responsibility for injuries sustained on the property.
