Welcome to the Sunny Side Up! A unique home with a retro flair! Our spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath home comes with all the bells and whistles you'd expect in a vacation home. Enjoy our spacious living quarters and private backyard with tropical botanicals, a heated pool and spa, outdoor shower and fire pit. Our home is perfectly situated at the bottom of the St. Pete area, getting anywhere in "The Burg" a breeze!

Please note this is NOT A pet friendly home. We do not accept pets of any kind. IF a pet is discovered here during or after your stay a $500 fine will apply. Thank you for respecting our home rules.

A large and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath home with a heated pool, spa, outdoor shower and fire pit! Enjoy the surrounding botanicals in the back yard while sunbathing in the pool.

Check in is at 5pm however we will always send check in as soon as the home is ready for access

Please note - there is NO smoking inside the home. There is a $500 fine at minimum for smoke remediation inside the home. There are dedicated smoking areas OUTSIDE where you can smoke if you'd like. If smoking inside is discovered during your stay, you will be removed from the property immediately with no refund. Please respect the home and property by smoking outside and disposing your cigarette butts outside as well. Thank you
