The condo offers a Split Floorplan with the 2 bedrooms on opposite sides offering guests maximum privacy allowing for a very comfortable stay for a family or 2 couples. Amenities include a gorgeous, resort style, salt water pool area, bbq area, gazebo and fitness center all nestled between beautiful court yards. Condo features modern 12x24 porcelain tile throughout,(no carpeting anywhere for mold to lurk under), king beds and flat screen tv's in both bedrooms. We got there in the evening and the building an address was difficult to find. So I would definitely recommend getting there during the day. I’ve rented a lot of Verbo‘s and usually when there’s this kind of difficulty, you can reach the owner by phone and that wasn’t an option so we just had to model through the email directions in the dark that would be my only compliant other than that the place was beautiful as described comfortable and well appointed the pool is gorgeous and the people are nice. The parking is convenient and the complex is located so close to so many cool places. I would definitely take this trip again and I would recommend this unit. Just be sure to get there during the day when you can figure out where you’re going.

This unit was great for our visit as the bedrooms were on opposite side of the unit offering maximum privacy and distance. I was there for treatment. My husband and I had the main bedroom and my mother had the second. The owner was very responsive and helpful as it was our first visit.

Lovely vaction at The Avalon in Clearwater

Considering all of the issues that the people of Florida have had to face, after two horrific hurricanes, we had a wonderful vacation in Clearwater. The property was lovely, the pool was fantastic, and the weather was really great. A big thumbs up to all of the people of Florida for making our vacation wonderful for me and my sister.

Excellent Stay

Sea Salt is a fantastic place to stay. The proximity to Clearwater/Dunedin/Tarpon Springs is perfect. Easy access to Pinellas's Trail. Alexandra is excellent to work with and made our first VRBO experience phenomenal and something that we will certainly do again (including revisiting Sea Salt)! You will not be disappointed with this rental-
