With plenty of room inside and out you'll enjoy the well equipped kitchen with a 4 burner cooktop, a standard refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. The kitchen Island with 2 bar stools is a great place to sit and work on your laptop. If working isn’t in your plans it’s a prime spot to eat a home cooked meal or enjoy take out from a local eatery. The queen size bed has a pillow top mattress and is plush and inviting. Large closets are a great feature for storing your belongings out of the way. A chaise in the corner of the unit is a great place to relax and read a book or take e a quick nap. A large smart tv with cable can be viewed from anywhere in the unit. Great place to stay. There was music being played next door that we enjoyed listening to from our balcony. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We were in the second week of our vacation so it was nice having a washer and dryer. Everything we needed was within walking distance... breweries, restaurants and a market. There was a farmers market a few blocks away during several days while we were there. The host checked in with us the day after our arrival to see if we needed anything. Would definitely stay there again.

Exactly as advertised and perfect for my plans. I went down to Fla. to watch some spring training baseball. This apartment is located in the heart of the charming town of Dunedin. Close to great food, shops, live music, fun clubs, the baseball stadium, bike shops, sunsets and there was even a nice farmers/artisans market just down the road each morning. As mentioned by others, there is noise in the evenings from the surrounding bar/restaurants, but that was not an issue for me. Everything ran smoothly and communications with Erin were quick and responsive.

This property is right in the heart of everything in Dunedin. Great Restaurants, night life, shopping. Short drive to the state park beach. Anniversary get away

We live south of Tampa, just wanted to get away for couple days for our anniversary. The studio was great. The location worked out for us to check in and walk around town for restaurants and other venues. The studio apartment was clean, with all the amenities we needed.
