This 2-bedroom, 1 bath home is full of Treasure Island charm. The house was built in 1971 as part of the original Sunset Beach development. We bought this property in 2025 after the double hurricanes and with hard work, creativity and love we have been able to save this beach cottage and turned it into a wonderful home. We have added all the modern conveniences while retaining the original character of the home.
The home is ideally located for visitors to explore all that Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach, John’s Pass and Downtown St Pete has to offer. We are 110 steps away from the Gulf of America with stunning beaches and sunsets. We are just steps away from the restaurants, shops and bars of the Treasure Island area. In addition, get on Gulf Boulevard and you are only a quick commute to Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Madeira Beach, John’s Pass, St. Pete Beach, Pass-a-Grill, Tera Verde, and Downtown St. Pete.
