Host and Maintenance Availability: We are available to assist with maintenance requests from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. From 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM, we will only be able to respond to urgent emergencies. Please consider that issues such as Wi-Fi, TV, or other minor fixes are not considered emergencies. Feel free to reach out at any time. Thank you for your understanding regarding our response hours.
• This villa is pet-friendly! All pets must be added to the reservation, and the applicable pet fee will apply.
• NO PARTIES. Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• We provide starter toiletries only. These are just to get you started, so please plan to purchase any additional toiletries you may need during your stay.
• Bugs & Critters: We routinely spray the property, but Florida’s subtropical climate means occasional bugs or critters may still appear. To help prevent this, please keep all windows and doors closed and make sure food is properly stored or disposed of.

If you’re planning to use the property for content creation, photography, or filming, please message us in advance. A commercial use fee applies.

For your safety and peace of mind, outdoor security cameras are active 24/7. (Don’t worry, the fun happens inside!)

Water, Wi-Fi & A/C:
The home comes equipped with filtered water, high-speed Wi-Fi, and regularly serviced air conditioning for your comfort. There are multiple A/C units throughout the space. To help keep them running efficiently, please be sure to keep doors closed. Let us know right away if anything needs attention, we’re here to help!
Florida Climate & Bugs:
St. Pete’s warm, coastal climate is beautiful, but like anywhere in Florida, it brings occasional bugs. We treat the home regularly for pests, and your help by taking out the trash regularly is appreciated to keep things fresh.
Respectful Behavior:
We want every guest to have a great experience. Please be kind and respectful to the host, neighbors, and the home itself. Disruptive behavior may lead to cancellation without refund.
No Smoking Indoors:
To keep the space clean and comfortable for all guests, indoor smoking is not allowed. A cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected.
