Welcome to Sea Glass Cottage in St Pete! This well appointed second floor apartment is the perfect retreat in a quiet residential neighborhood in St Petersburg. This property requires a minimum of 30 days stay per booking.

⁜ Parking: The main house (Seaglass Inn) may have guests staying at the same time, the only shared area is the driveway, guests staying at the Inn do not have access to the apartment at the top of the stairs. Cottage guests do not have access to the main house, the garage or the game room.

Parking for ONE vehicle is available on the far right side of the driveway, street parking is NOT permitted and parking in the Alley is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Please plan accordingly.

*For stays over 45 days it is required to have monthly cleans. The charge is $125 per month. This will NOT be reflected in your reservation but will be added once reservation is accepted, midstay cleans and host inspections are required.

**Security cameras are present at the property. Security cameras are solely for visual monitoring outside the property and are not present inside the property. Tenant agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security camera. Tenant agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.

⇛ Guest Guidelines



1 - PLEASE no parties, we want you to enjoy each other and have a great time but disruptive parties are not permitted. Observation of quiet hours (10p – 8a) must be observed. Loud music and outdoor entertainment are prohibited. This is a residential neighborhood and the authorities will be called if you cause a disturbance. Please be respectful.

2 - Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of FL or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and deposits.

3 - Pets are not permitted. If evidence of pets is found you will be charged additional fees for cleaning.

4 - Please only park in the location designated in your check in procedures, failure to park in the designated location could result in your car being towed.

5 - Treat this home as if it were your own, please report damages to your host immediately. If damages are determined to be caused by tenant misuse, it may result in fees to make repairs.

6 - Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit and if detected there will be a $500 charge.

7 - Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat, clean, and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in. Normal wear and tear is expected however excessive dirt on floors, rugs or furniture may require additional cleaning and charges will apply.

8 - Please only flush toilet paper in the toilets, flushing anything like feminine products, wet wipes, plastic, etc... could result in a back up and potential fees charged at the end of your stay, please report plumbing issues to your host immediately.

9 - Please use black makeup towels provided. If towels are stained, there will be a charge of $5 per towel charged upon checkout.

10 - Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.

11 - Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of 25.

12 - EV Charging on premises is strictly prohibited, in order to protect the safety of your vehicle and the electrical system of the home. We are not responsible for any damages incurred and a fine of $500 along with the cost for any damages incurred to the home will be applied for noncompliance.

✦✦Depending on the booking site, Cleaning fee may include a Limited Damage Waiver fee which covers damages reported to the host in writing BEFORE checkout. This fee is included with the cleaning fee. Specifics of coverage will be laid out in the rental agreement sent once reservation is confirmed.



Reservations may require further guest verification to prevent credit card fraud for both you and the host! Your booking platform does not share your personal information with your Host. Because of this, we do require the responsible party who is physically staying in the home to provide a valid photo ID after booking is confirmed. Your personal identification is not stored and is protected from distribution or use for any other purpose than identification, in accordance with Federal information security guidelines.

Cockroaches and dangerous flooring

At first, looked great. Well-equipped kitchen, but all non-stick pans severely scratched. Unsafe & need to be tossed. Mgr said no. In 17 days, killed 7 roaches! Droppings on kitchen counter. 1 crawled out of Waterpik handle! It's FL & everyone has them. We live 2 miles up the road & that's more than we had to kill in 2 yrs! Our house flooded during Helene & Milton & drywall had to be cut out, but no sign of roaches. We have a 1 story home. Vrbo is 2nd floor. Murphy bed broken - one strut wasn't connected but they never noticed. It took most of our stay for them to finally fix it. Dangerously heavy! Moldy shower & curtain. Mgr ordered new liner - I had to install. Needs plastic liner. Fabric one leaks water all over floor. Water damage on floor in several places - floor sags down noticeably when you walk on it - in bathroom, kitchen, & living room. Worst is by balcony door. Someone can trip & get hurt - or worse. Mgr said it was 'as pictured', but no balcony furniture. It was broken in the yard. FEMA finally got us a hotel that met our autistic son's medical requirements, but mgr wouldnt let us leave early. Cold! Most uneven floor ever! Major slopes in every room. Ankles sore like when skating - it's THAT uneven. Vinyl plank flooring has big gaps & bad patches everywhere. Terrible job! Tile work awful too. Grout lines should be straight. Tile edges should lay flat. Water pressure issues. Hot water takes forever. Far from the 5-star experience they promise!
