Tiki Bar, 2 hot tubs, private guest only heated pool walking distance to John's Pass and Restaurants. Each unit has individual assigned covered parking and guest parking. What a perfect beachfront condo. It was spotless, comfortable, well stocked with cooking annd eating utensils, and had excellent towels. The only thing better was the great communication by Kathy. It was a terrific, clean beach, vacation spot on Treasure Island, which included a covered parking spot right by the elevator. The Publix grocery store was a short drive away. We enjoyed our 4 nights immensely.

We would highly recommend this rental property. It sits right on the beach, with two pools and all the amenities we needed nearby for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We especially loved the spectacular sunsets from our balcony each evening and the diversity of places to dine out. The host was very responsive and accommodating both with the booking process and during our stay.We would definitely book again in the future.

Kathy was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The view was amazing, front row to the ocean. There were five of us adults, and it was comfortable for all of us to stay in the unit. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee overlooking the ocean. The pool was very busy during our stay, so we didn’t go swimming, but we did get to enjoy the hot tub one night and that was wonderful. Lots of walks on the beautiful beach. Beds were extremely comfortable, and all the amenities were very much appreciated. Easy walk to quaint fishing pier with lots of great restaurants and shops.

This vacation spot is perfect for what we needed. The condo has great views, all of the amenities that you could need, and perfect location for walking to stores and restaurants. Our family had a great time and this unit was perfect for our family. The unit was very clean and generally had everything we needed - a good supply of pots & pans, bath products and beach toys. While the overall property felt a little dated (some construction was underway to address this), this unit was very nice and we’d be happy to stay again.

Wonderful Ocean Front Property

This place was perfect for our family vacation. It had all of the amenities and much, much more. The host was great and her ocean front condo was perfect in every way! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for a family of four. It was well worth the cost!
